Omaxe has announced a major expansion in Indore with a 450-acre integrated township on the Super Corridor, backed by a Rs. 1,200 crore investment. The project will include residential, commercial, education, and healthcare zones, aiming to generate Rs. 2,500 crore revenue over three years. Funded mainly through internal accruals, this move strengthens Omaxe's foothold in Madhya Pradesh, where it already controls about 1,170 acres across multiple ongoing projects. The development aligns with the region's rapid urbanization and infrastructure upgrades, especially in Indore’s fast-growing residential and commercial markets.
