Ventive Hospitality has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company, along with its Promoter Group, has partnered with Marriott International to develop seven new luxury and upper upscale hotels with 1,548 keys across India and Sri Lanka, including brand debuts in key locations like Sri Lanka, Varanasi, Mundra, Pune, and Navi Mumbai. Three hotels will be developed directly by Ventive, including a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Sri Lanka, while four others are being developed by Promoter Group companies for later transfer. This expansion leverages Marriott’s management expertise and Ventive’s project execution, supporting aggressive growth in the luxury hospitality segment.
