Mos Utility Limited — Others, 08-07-2025: Amendment to AOA/MOA

MOS Utility Limited has announced a board meeting on which shareholders approved amendments to the Memorandum of Association (MOA). The company added new business activities to become a Payment Aggregator, enabling acceptance and settlement of digital payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other instruments. It will also apply to issue Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs) like e-wallets, including various types of RBI-authorized and non-authorized payment instruments. Additionally, the authorized share capital has been increased to Rs. 75 Cr, divided into 37.5 crore equity shares of Rs. 2 each, supporting its expanded business scope and growth plans.
