B&A Limited has announced a board meeting to be held for approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The Company is conducting its 34th Annual General Meeting at its registered office and has completed dispatch of the Notice along with the Annual Report for FY2024-25 to all shareholders. Remote e-voting will be provided for shareholders to exercise their voting rights on resolutions at the AGM, with detailed instructions given in the Notice. The register of members will be closed for the period surrounding the AGM. The Company has appointed authorized personnel to scrutinize voting and ensure transparency.
