Puravankara Limited has secured redevelopment contracts for eight residential societies in Chembur, Mumbai, with a total gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 2,100 Cr. The projects cover over 1.2 million sq ft across approximately 4 acres. Execution timelines will follow the terms of the executed agreements. The contracts are domestic and pertain to residential redevelopment. The awarding societies include Sahyagiri, Rainbow, Deonar Hill View, Deonar Gulmohar, Deonar Madhuban, Sunbeam, Deonar Avanti, and Deonar Parijat Co-operative Housing Societies.
