Shree Digvijay Cement has announced a board meeting on 29th August, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has fixed 22nd August, 2025, as the record date for a dividend payout of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share of Rs. 10 for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Dividend payment will be made by 3rd September, 2025, to both demat and physical shareholders.
