Godha Cabcon & Insulation Limited — Board Meeting, 08-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Godha Cabcon & Insulation has announced a board meeting on July 8, 2025, where it approved appointing Mrs. Rupinder Manjotsingh Oberoi and Mr. Swami Dhanrajpuri Jayendrapuri as additional Independent Directors. It accepted resignations from Independent Directors Mr. Nikhil Vasantbhai Gajjar and Mrs. Mayuri Bipinbhai Rupareliya. The company finalized its new name as Auri Grow India Limited. It also approved a postal ballot for members to approve the name change and key director appointments, including Mr. Tathagata Sarkar as Managing Director and Mr. Pratik Kumar as Executive Director. Board committees were reconstituted accordingly.
