Bajel Projects Limited — Important, 08-07-2025: Capacity addition

Bajel Projects Limited has announced a board meeting on the proposed capacity expansion at its Ranjangaon facility. The galvanization capacity will increase from 40,500 MT per annum to 1,10,000 MT per annum, addressing nearly full current utilization. The ₹170 Cr investment, funded via internal accruals and debt, will be implemented in phases from Q4 FY26 to Q4 FY27. This expansion aims to support growing captive demand and boost sales domestically and internationally.
