Sintercom India Limited — Important, 08-07-2025: Agreements

Sintercom India has entered into a 5-year MoU with Horizon Technology Inc. for exclusive contract manufacturing and marketing of Soft Magnetic Composite (SMC) stators/parts used in EVR-designed electric motors for automotive and industrial applications. Sintercom will have sole rights to produce and supply these components during the term. No shareholding changes or related-party involvement are part of this agreement. This arrangement positions Sintercom strongly in the EV components space, potentially boosting its product portfolio and market presence in electric motor manufacturing.
