Tata Steel has announced a board meeting on July 14, 2025. In 1QFY26, Tata Steel India’s crude steel production dipped slightly to 5.26 million tons due to maintenance shutdowns; deliveries dropped to 4.75 million tons but operations at Neelachal Ispat Nigam have resumed. Automotive & Special Products deliveries grew 4% YoY, aided by new high-strength steel approvals. Industrial Products & Projects also saw value-driven growth, with SmartF@B solutions up 66% YoY. Tata Steel Netherlands posted modest production and delivery growth. Tata Steel UK’s deliveries were steady as construction of its Port Talbot EAF project begins.
