Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has declared a dividend of ₹2 per equity share of ₹10 each for FY 2024-25. Mr. Tushar Bhandari is up for reappointment as director by rotation. K. Arun & Co. has been nominated as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and M.P. Turakhia & Associates reappointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26, each at ₹1 lakh remuneration. The AGM will be held via video conferencing with provisions for e-voting.
