The company holds a Rs. 99,000 contribution in the LLP, alongside Rs. 1,000 from its wholly owned subsidiary KPark Sunbeat Private Limited. KCPFL is newly incorporated and yet to start operations, aiming to expand KPI Green Energy’s footprint in clean power generation and distribution.
