CEAT Limited has announced a board meeting to approve an investment of ₹355 Lakhs in its wholly owned subsidiary, Tyresnmore Online Private Limited, via subscription to a rights issue. Tyresnmore, engaged in automotive tyres and services, reported a turnover of ₹32.26 Cr for FY 2024-25, showing steady growth over the past three years. This infusion will maintain CEAT’s 100% ownership and aims to support Tyresnmore’s expansion in the auto ancillary segment. The investment will be through cash consideration.
