Take Solutions Limited — Others, 08-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

TAKE Solutions has announced a board meeting to consider regularizing appointments of Ms. Cecily Dheepa (Non-Executive Director) and Mr. Vedamirtham Venkatesan (Executive Director). Mr. Venkatesan is also proposed to be appointed as Whole-time Director for three years, continuing his role as CFO, though no remuneration will be paid in this new capacity initially. Additionally, the company proposes appointing Ms. Pushpa Joshi, Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh, and Mr. Peeyush Sethia as Independent Directors for five years.
