Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited — Others, 08-07-2025: Change in Management

Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which several key leadership changes and strategic initiatives were approved. Two new non-executive independent directors, Rajiv Roy Chaudhury and Vivek Dhir, were appointed for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Kishore Chatnani and Sanjay Gulati have been re-designated as Joint Managing Directors while retaining their current roles as CFO and Head of Manufacturing Units, respectively, pending shareholder consent. Kalyan Ghosh has been appointed as the new Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, replacing Sachin Saluja, who continues as Company Secretary. Senior management additions include Subrata Roy as Chief Executive of APCE & Utility Boiler and Rohit Garg as Unit Head of the Steel Casting Factory. A Committee of Directors was constituted to explore organic and inorganic growth opportunities. The board also approved a Rs.53.50 crore initial investment to set up a new mechanical presses factory in Haryana, aimed at expanding production capacity. Updates to key governance and trading policies were also ratified to enhance regulatory compliance and shareholder value.
