Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited — Others, 08-07-2025: Change in Management

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which several key decisions were approved. Two seasoned professionals, Mr. Rajiv Roy Chaudhury and Mr. Vivek Dhir, were appointed as Non-executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, pending shareholders' approval. Mr. Kishore Chatnani and Mr. Sanjay Gulati were re-designated as Joint Managing Directors, continuing their current responsibilities. Mr. Kalyan Ghosh was appointed as the new Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, replacing Mr. Sachin Saluja, who will remain as Company Secretary. Senior management was strengthened with appointments of Mr. Subrata Roy as Chief Executive-APCE & Utility Boiler and Mr. Rohit Garg as Unit Head-Steel Casting Factory. A committee was formed to explore growth options, and the Board approved Rs.53.5 Cr initial capital investment for a new mechanical presses factory in Haryana. Updates were also made to key company policies on nomination, remuneration, and insider trading.
