Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited — Others, 08-07-2025: Change in Company Secretary/Compliance Officer

Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. has announced a board meeting on July 8, 2025, approving multiple key changes. Two seasoned professionals, Mr. Rajiv Roy Chaudhury and Mr. Vivek Dhir, were appointed as additional non-executive independent directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kishore Chatnani and Mr. Sanjay Gulati were re-designated as Joint Managing Directors, continuing their current roles and responsibilities. Mr. Kalyan Ghosh was appointed as Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, succeeding Mr. Sachin Saluja, who remains Company Secretary. Senior management additions include Mr. Subrata Roy as Chief Executive – APCE & Utility Boiler and Mr. Rohit Garg as Unit Head – Steel Casting Factory. A new committee was formed to explore growth opportunities, and capital investment of Rs. 53.5 Cr was approved for a mechanical presses factory in Haryana. Updates to several key corporate policies were also approved.
