Welspun Enterprises Limited — Important, 08-07-2025: Updates

Welspun Enterprises’ subsidiary, ARSS Bus Terminal Pvt Ltd, won a legal arbitration award against Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) for ₹23 Cr (including interest) related to the terminated Baramunda Bus Terminal PPP project. OSRTC’s challenge to the award was dismissed, and ABTPL will move to enforce the payment. The parent company has already accounted for the original award amount in its books. This settlement improves ABTPL’s receivables position and resolves a longstanding dispute.
