Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Roy Chaudhury and Mr. Vivek Dhir as Non-executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kishore Chatnani and Mr. Sanjay Gulati have been re-designated as Joint Managing Directors, continuing their CFO and Head-Manufacturing roles respectively, also subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kalyan Ghosh has been appointed Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, replacing Mr. Sachin Saluja who continues as Company Secretary. Senior management appointments include Mr. Subrata Roy as Chief Executive-APCE & Utility Boiler and Mr. Rohit Garg as Senior VP and Unit Head-Steel Casting Factory. A committee was formed to explore growth opportunities, and an initial Rs. 53.50 Cr capital investment was approved to set up a new factory in Haryana for mechanical presses. Updated policies on nomination, remuneration, insider trading, and materiality determinations were also approved.
