Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited — Important, 08-07-2025: General Updates

ISGEC has announced a board meeting on July 08, 2025, approving key leadership changes including the appointment of two independent directors, Mr. Rajiv Roy Chaudhury and Mr. Vivek Dhir, and the re-designation of Mr. Kishore Chatnani and Mr. Sanjay Gulati as Joint Managing Directors. Mr. Kalyan Ghosh was appointed as Compliance Officer, replacing Mr. Sachin Saluja. Senior management additions include Mr. Subrata Roy as Chief Executive - APCE & Utility Boiler and Mr. Rohit Garg as Unit Head - Steel Casting Factory. The board approved Rs. 53.5 Cr initial capital investment to set up a factory in Haryana for mechanical presses, expanding existing capacity. A new Committee will explore growth options to enhance shareholder value.
