The company approved the financial accounts for the year, re-appointed a director retiring by rotation, and appointed M/s. M B D & Co. LLP as statutory auditors following a casual vacancy. M/s. K.A Shukla & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor. Approvals were also secured for granting loans, guarantees, and investments beyond prescribed limits.
