Welspun Corp has announced a board meeting on 31st July 2025 to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The 30th AGM will be held the same day via video conferencing. The register of members will be closed from 18th to 19th July 2025 for determining dividend eligibility. If approved, the dividend for the year ended 31st March 2025 will be paid on or after 1st August 2025.
