Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. — Important, 08-07-2025: Updates

Narayana Hrudayalaya has announced a board meeting to declare the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 10). Dividend payments will be subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) based on shareholders’ residential status, PAN details, and submitted documents. Resident individuals receiving dividends up to Rs. 10,000 may not incur TDS, while other shareholders face TDS rates from 10% to 20% (plus applicable surcharge). Non-resident shareholders must submit relevant tax residency documents to avail treaty benefits and lower TDS.
