Tolins Tyres Limited has announced a board meeting for approving the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Terra Rubber Private Limited, to enter the rubber recycling business. Terra Rubber will focus on collection, processing, and recycling of used tyres and rubber, producing reclaim rubber, crumb rubber, pyrolysis oil, and other by-products. This move enables backward integration, supports sustainability goals, and aligns with extended producer responsibility (EPR) compliance. The initial investment involves subscribing to 10,000 shares of Rs.10 each, making it a 100% owned subsidiary.
