Voltas Limited has announced the successful completion of its 71st Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. All nine resolutions, including adoption of the financial results for the year, dividend declaration of Rs. 7 per share, and re-appointments of directors Mr. Noel Tata and Mr. Saurabh Agrawal, were approved with overwhelming shareholder support. Mr. Mukundan C. P. Menon was appointed Managing Director, and a Long-Term Incentive was approved for Managing Director & CEO Mr. Pradeep Kumar Bakshi. Appointment of M/s. N L Bhatia and Associates as Secretarial Auditor and ratification of the Cost Auditor’s remuneration were also ratified. Voting turnout was strong at 79.19%, reflecting robust investor engagement.
