GP Petroleums Limited — Important, 08-07-2025: Agreements

GP Petroleums has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has entered a 5-year Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement with Delta Fuel and Lubricants Nigeria. Delta will manufacture, supply, and market lubricants under the "IPOL" brand across Nigeria and West Africa. Delta will pay GP Petroleums a 3% royalty on sales for the first 2.5 years, continuing thereafter with a minimum annual royalty of USD 30,000. This deal expands GP Petroleums’ presence in West Africa, leveraging Delta’s local manufacturing and distribution network.
