Monarch Networth Capital has announced a board meeting and entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSEI). Monarch will invest Rs. 40 Cr by subscribing to 20 billion equity shares at Rs. 2 each, acquiring a 1.82% stake post-issue. MSEI, a recognized stock exchange, offers trading in Capital Market, Futures & Options, Currency Derivatives, and Debt segments. This strategic investment aims to strengthen Monarch’s position in the financial services ecosystem.
