Lupin Limited — Important, 08-07-2025: Arrangements for strategic, technical, manufacturing, or marketing tie up

Lupin has announced a strategic collaboration with Zentiva, a leading European pharma company, to commercialize its biosimilar Certolizumab Pegol across multiple international markets excluding Australia, Japan, Brazil, Philippines, and India. Lupin will handle development, manufacturing, and supply, and will commercialize the product in the US, Canada, and other regions, while Zentiva will lead commercialization in Europe and CIS markets. Zentiva has committed up to USD 50 million in milestone payments, including a USD 10 million upfront fee. The partnership targets expanding Lupin’s global presence with affordable biosimilars.
