Delphi World Money has announced a board meeting on strategic consolidation of all Ebix Group’s travel and hospitality interests under its umbrella, aiming to leverage synergies with its remittance services. This move targets stronger customer engagement and new revenue streams. The board approved raising up to Rs. 200 Cr via securities issuance to fund this initiative and will appoint advisors to structure the transaction. Members’ approval will be sought at the upcoming AGM. The board also approved key reports and finalized AGM details to be held via video conferencing.
