The subsidiary, focused on the sale and servicing of grinding and polishing machines and spare parts, was established with a paid-up capital of 0.55 million Euro. This move aims to expand Wendt’s business prospects in Europe. Wendt holds 100% ownership, and the subsidiary is yet to commence operations. The initial investment was made via cash consideration.
