Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited — Important, 09-07-2025: General Updates

Sarda Energy & Minerals’ subsidiary, Chhattisgarh Hydro Power LLP, has started commercial operations of the 24.9 MW Rehar-1 small hydro power project. It has also secured in-principle approval for long-term power procurement from the project by the Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. This marks a key operational milestone supporting stable power sales and recurring revenue.
