Jai Mata Glass Limited has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mrs. Anu Marwah as Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Marwah brings extensive marketing and administration experience and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director. The board also appointed Mr. Inesh Marwah as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director until the next Annual General Meeting. Mr. Inesh Marwah holds a postgraduate degree from Lindenwood University, USA, with nine years’ experience in sales, data analytics, and business consulting. Mrs. Marwah is his mother. These changes aim to strengthen leadership and strategic direction.
