Jai Mata Glass Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where Mrs. Anu Marwah was appointed Managing Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Inesh Marwah was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director until the next Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Anu Marwah is currently a Non-Executive Director with marketing and administration experience, while Mr. Inesh Marwah holds a post-graduate degree from the USA and has nine years’ experience in sales and business consulting. The Board also reconstituted the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees with key changes in membership reflecting these appointments.
