Lupin has announced a license and supply agreement with Zentiva to commercialize its biosimilar Certolizumab Pegol globally. Lupin will handle development, manufacturing, and commercialization in the US, Canada, and select markets, while Zentiva will manage commercialization across Europe and CIS countries. Lupin receives an initial USD 10 million payment plus up to USD 50 million in development and regulatory milestones.
