Premier Roadlines Limited — Board Meeting, 09-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Premier Roadlines has announced a board meeting on August 5 for the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board approved the Director’s Report for FY 2024-25. Mr. Sunil Gupta resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director. New appointments include M/s V Shubham & Co as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Anshit Singhal & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company also approved acquiring a property in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi, from a related party for Rs. 8.75 Cr, expanding its asset base.
