Supreme Infrastructure India has announced a board meeting approving a large preferential share issuance. The company allotted over 7.1 Cr equity shares at Rs. 86.94/share, raising substantial cash mainly from promoters and select non-promoter investors. Additionally, 2.1 Cr convertible warrants were issued. Promoters also converted unsecured loans worth Rs. 235 Cr into shares, while lenders converted secured loans totaling about Rs. 39.5 Cr. Separately, promoters infused funds to monetize non-core assets aimed at resolving debt with lenders. This capital raise strengthens the balance sheet and supports debt reduction efforts.
