Dhruv Wellness Ltd has announced a Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting under its insolvency process, chaired by Resolution Professional Ashok Mittal. The CoC ratified the appointment and fees of two registered valuers for valuation of securities and financial assets. They approved CIRP expenses totaling Rs. 1.82 lakh. The CoC cleared the publication of Form G inviting resolution plans, setting eligibility norms including a minimum net worth of Rs. 5 Cr or AUM of Rs. 50 Cr for applicants. Further, the CoC approved the appointment of J Gupta & Co LLP as transaction auditor for a 6-year audit at a fee of Rs. 2.95 lakh plus taxes. Key issues discussed included delayed data provision by suspended management, contempt action against a defaulter applicant, and status of the CIRP bank account. The reconstituted CoC comprises major creditors Axis Bank (56% voting), SBI (41%), Kotak Mahindra, and others.
