UPL’s step-down subsidiary, Advanta Seeds International Mauritius, is acquiring 100% stake in Wuhan Advanta Seeds Company Limited, a newly incorporated seeds business in China, for USD 4,200. This move expands UPL’s presence in the seeds sector within the Chinese market, supporting growth in its agricultural inputs portfolio. The acquisition is expected to complete by September 2025.
