Emkay Global Financial Services has announced a board meeting on 11th August, 2025, for the 31st AGM and to declare a final dividend. The record date for the final dividend payout of Rs. 4 per equity share (Rs. 1.50 normal + Rs. 2.50 special) is set between 5th and 11th August, 2025.
