Emkay Global Financial Services has announced a board meeting to hold its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing. The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (face value Rs. 10), comprising a normal dividend of Rs. 1.50 and a special dividend of Rs. 2.50, totaling 40% of face value, subject to tax.
