Hi-Klass Trading and Investment Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a loss of ₹26.00 lakh for the quarter. Key income sources included interest income of ₹12.74 lakh and net gains on fair value changes of ₹4.23 lakh. The board appointed Mr. Dipak Sundarka as an additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and accepted the resignation of Independent Director Mrs. Diksha Chainwala Surana due to personal commitments. D.S Associates were appointed as the new Internal Auditors. The company also registered with ICSI for management trainees, obtained GST registration in West Bengal, and registered with NESL as an Information Utility.
