Bharat Seats Limited — Others, 09-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Bharat Seats Limited has announced the results of its 38th Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. All eight resolutions put to vote, including adoption of the audited financial statements, dividend declaration, re-appointment of directors Mr. Makoto Kunieda and Mr. Rishabh Relan, appointment of the Secretarial Auditor, and approval of material related party transactions with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, NDR Auto Components Limited, and Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited, were passed with required majority. Remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM were conducted fairly, with 196 members attending virtually. The company duly preserved all voting records.
