AMJ Land Holdings has announced a further investment of up to Rs. 95 Lakhs in its wholly owned subsidiary, AMJ Realty Limited, to support its operational needs and business continuity. AMJ Realty, incorporated in December 2021, is engaged in real estate activities and operates solely in India. This cash infusion strengthens the subsidiary’s capital without altering existing ownership, with no impact on consolidated control. The move aims to bolster AMJ Realty’s capacity to execute ongoing and future real estate projects under the group’s umbrella.
