Religare Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of three new Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors: Mr. Arjun Lamba, Mr. Gurumurthy Ramanathan, and Mr. Suresh Mahalingam, effective upon receipt of RBI approval. Mr. Lamba brings 23 years of capital markets and portfolio management experience and is involved with Eveready Industries and Guardian Advisors. Mr. Ramanathan offers over 38 years in banking and risk management with leadership roles at RBL Bank and Axis Capital. Mr. Mahalingam is a seasoned leader with extensive board experience across BFSI and FMCG sectors, including former CEO roles and expertise in leadership coaching and corporate governance. Their diverse expertise is expected to strengthen Religare’s strategic and governance capabilities.
