Coromandel Agro Products and Oils Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the appointment of Smt. Dr. S. Anitha Devi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Dr. Devi brings 29 years of teaching and 20 years of research experience, with expertise in marketing, management, human resources, corporate governance, financial reporting, and corporate laws. She currently serves as Principal of TJPS College and has held roles in Osmania University and TJPS College. Her appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
