Shri Techtex has announced a board meeting and approved several key leadership changes. Mr. Vimalkumar Mishrilal Shah resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Ashish Ashokkumar Bhaiya resigned as CFO due to other professional commitments. Mr. Biren Umesh Shah was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Shradha Hanskumar Agarwal was redesignated from Managing Director to Managing Director cum CFO.
