Indosolar Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 09-07-2025: Offer for sale

Waaree Energies Ltd. has announced an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10 lakh shares (2.4% stake) of Indosolar Limited at a floor price of ₹265/share via BSE and NSE. Antique Stock Broking is the seller’s broker. The OFS is split between non-retail investors (bidding on Day 1) and retail investors (bidding on Day 2) with allocation on a price-priority basis. Mutual funds and insurance companies get a 25% allocation in the non-retail portion, while 10% of shares are reserved for retail bidders. This sale may marginally increase the public float in Indosolar.
