Gujarat Hotels Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 9th July 2025 approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Total income rose to ₹186.39 lakh from ₹145.08 lakh in the previous year’s quarter, with profit after tax at ₹140.43 lakh versus ₹125.29 lakh earlier. EPS stood at ₹3.71 compared to ₹3.31. The Board also approved convening the 43rd AGM via virtual means, fixed the record date for dividend entitlement, and proposed the appointment of Messrs. Mehta & Mehta as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The statutory auditors’ limited review report found no issues.
