Sagardeep Alloys Limited — Board Meeting, 09-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sagardeep has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved a Postal Ballot notice to seek shareholder approval for several business matters. Ms. Janki Shah of M/s SJV & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the next five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Brajesh Gupta has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot process. The Board took note of a minor penalty of Rs 5,900 paid due to an unintentional regulatory non-compliance, assuring enhanced vigilance going forward.
