Univastu has announced a board meeting on 9th July, 2025, where it approved the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Kapoor as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Kapoor brings over 17 years of leadership experience in IT and software sectors, with skills in business growth and P&L management.
